Last week, we had two fun celebrations! We celebrated Valentine's Day by exchanging cards and doing activities all day. We also had a Pajama Day! We earned this reward for meeting our class reading goals! The kids are becoming amazing readers!
We celebrated the 100th day of School today! What a fun, crazy Tuesday:) Read our Kidblog posts (to the right) to see what we'll look like and what we think we'll be doing when we are 100! HILARIOUS:)
If you're following us and you haven't read and commented on our Kidblogs, please do so! Just click the Kidblog link to the right and enjoy! We LOVE getting comments from around the world:)
Our Winter Kick Off skit was wonderful! The yellow brick road took Dorothy to school on the Energy Bus. We'll be safe, respectful and responsible and earn rewards all spring semester if we stay positive too!
We've been reading about life long ago in reading class, so Megan Sharp came to visit from the Plainsman Museum! She brought museum artifacts. We learned about how kids had fun 100 years ago. We played with the museum games, and she even helped us make one to take home!
Our reading group met our reading goal! For a reward, they chose to bring a "friend" along to school to read with them today. Our friends were well behaved and even read over lunch break!
